Engineered in Australia for the toughest conditions, this lightweight aluminium front bar combines aggressive styling, serious off-road capability and clever engineering without loading your truck up with unnecessary weight. Featuring 6mm aluminium construction, a heavy-duty steel winch cradle, integrated LED lighting and 7,000kg rated recovery points, the Chuck Series is built for everything from everyday driving to the roughest outback adventures.
Designed specifically for the 2025+ Ram 1500 DT with the 3.0L Hurricane Twin-Turbo engine, the Chuck Series delivers the protection and functionality you'd expect from a proper Aussie-engineered Pre Runner Bar.
The updated design also includes a purpose-built front ADAS relocation bracket, allowing the factory ADAS module to be repositioned from the centre of the original bumper to an offset location within the new front bar. This allows us to integrate the bar's lighting, winch and recovery features while accommodating the vehicle's advanced driver assistance hardware.

Important ADAS Information
The Chuck Series includes a vehicle-specific ADAS relocation bracket that repositions the factory front ADAS module from its original central bumper location to an offset position.
We recommend having your vehicle's ADAS module professionally recalibrated following installation. As the module's position has changed, recalibration is important to ensure the vehicle's advanced driver assistance systems operate as intended.
All calibration work should be carried out by a suitably qualified technician in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's requirements.

The Chuck Series comes standard with an integrated LED lightbar to the hoop to illuminate the road ahead, plus two 12" angled flood lights integrated into the wings to light up the sides of the road where wildlife loves to hide.

Behind the bar sits a heavy-duty steel winch cradle, compatible with winches up to 15,000lb, while the flip-up number plate bracket gives you quick and easy access to your winch when things don't quite go to plan.
