General Fitment
DRAWER SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY:
If you have a NEW Drawer System, our low-profile Cases and Bins will fit in the drawer. Cases and Bins will not fit in Legacy Drawer Systems. The best way to determine if you have a Legacy Drawer System is if you have a bottle opener between your two drawers.
TOOL BOX COMPATIBILITY:
If you have a NEW Tool Box, three Halfracks, Payloader 32s or Milwaukee Packout Organizers will fit on our Tool Box access rail. Dealers choice when it comes to the mix and match combo, but three of these cases is the magic number.
If you hang our cases or bins on the access rail you will have 6″ of clearance under a Halfrack 32 and 4.5″ of clearance under a Payloader 32.
Not Compatible With:
All Legacy Drawer Systems
HAVE A QUESTION?
You know how they say there’s no such thing as a dumb question? Well, they were wrong, but here are some common not-so-dumb ones. Still flummoxed? Contact our customer support.
The polymers in DECKED cases and bins are constructed with a high strength, high impact material designed to take a beating.
Once, we accidentally drove over a Sixer with a Tacoma. It survived, so we did it again for the camera. Basically, they're pretty damn tough.
Yes! Polymer construction won't ever rust and sheds water better than a duck's back.
Additionally, Honcho 80, Halfrack 32, and Sixer 16 protective Cases include H2Zero gaskets that ensure total weatherproofing between lid and case, giving you peace of mind no matter where you take ‘em.
All DECKED Cases and Bins feature a modular design that allows them to be stacked. We call it Stable Stack. Base profiling interlocks cleanly with indentations on the lids, meaning that you can stack them together without any worry of them toppling. They will remain stacked together all the way up to a 42-degree tip-over angle.
In short - highly durable, injection molded plastics.
And for you material-science nerds: DECKED uses two types of polypropylenes, which are versatile, lightweight thermoplastic polymers (No. 5 plastic) widely used in packaging, automotive parts, textiles, and medical devices due to its high heat resistance, chemical resistance, and durability.
If you have a NEW Drawer System, hell yes, our low-profile Cases and Bins will fit in the Drawer! This includes the Sixer 16, Halfrack 32, Payloader 32, and Honcho 80 (with one exception - see below).
Here's a rough guide to what'll fit, and where: Drawers on a full-size short (5'5" - 5'11" bed length) Drawer System can fit 2 Halfracks. Drawers on a full-size long (6'4" - 8' bed length) Drawer System can fit 3 Halfracks or 2 Halfracks + 1 Sixer. Drawers on a midsize short (4'6" - 5'2" bed length) Drawer System can fit 2 Halfracks and a Sixer. Drawers on a midsize long (6' - 6'2" bed length) Drawer System can fit 3 Halfracks.
There are two exceptions:
- The Honcho 80 is not in-drawer compatible with midsize short bed new Drawer Systems (4'6" - 5'2"). While it won’t fit in your drawer, it still offers the ultimate storage and protection, keeping your gear safe from the garage to the truck to the destination, and all the way back.
- DECKED cases are NOT compatible with Legacy Drawer Systems. The best way to determine if you have a Legacy Drawer System is if you have a bottle opener between your two drawers.
No, DECKED’s new Cases and Bins will not fit in Legacy Drawer Systems.
The best way to determine if you have a Legacy Drawer System is if you have a bottle opener between your two drawers. If so, cases and bins will not fit. Shop our and Legacy Accessories for compatible storage boxes and accessories.
