3" Lift Kit with Fox 2.5" Coilover Shocks suits Chev/GMC 2500/3500 (2020+) by BDS Suspension
BDS is a game changer in the performance of your 2020+ Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 / 3500 HD truck with a 3-inch suspension lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over conversion. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increased travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort. In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are upgraded to improve strength, travel, and accommodate the new coil-overs. The new upper control arms are fabricated from large 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, fully TIG welded for the highest quality, strength and durability. To compliment the uppers, the new lower control arms are built from high strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted. This kit takes principles on BDS's engineering standard for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, and multipiece differential relocation brackets to maintain correct CV angles. These combined with the provided sway bar links, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it. In the rear BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear is a u-bolt flip kit for max clearance and precision tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series or Performance Elite Series 2.5” shocks for ultimate off road performance.
Wheel Backspacing & Offset Calculator
Convert wheel backspacing in inches to offset in millimetres, or the other way around. Find the right measurements for your wheel setup.

BDS wheel positioning guidance
Meeting a backspacing limit does not guarantee wheel fitment. Check wheel diameter, tyre size, brake clearance, suspension and all kit-specific requirements.
Results are approximate. The calculation allows an additional 1 inch for the wheel's two rim flanges (approximately 0.5 inch each). Actual flange dimensions vary between wheels.
Understanding wheel measurements
What is wheel backspacing?
The distance from the wheel mounting surface to the outermost edge of the inner rim flange, measured in inches.
What is wheel offset?
The distance between the wheel mounting surface and the wheel centreline, measured in millimetres.
Why does wheel width matter?
Two wheels with the same backspacing but different widths will have different offsets.
Why does BDS specify backspacing?
It helps position the wheel relative to steering and suspension parts, but is only one part of confirming fitment.
