The 2025+ Ram 1500 DT introduced a new CAN FD electrical architecture, eliminating the traditional high beam trigger wire that installers have relied on for years. This means the old method of splicing into the headlight wiring simply no longer works.

Outback Kitters has developed the world’s first plug & play solution to solve this problem.

Our 2025+ Ram 1500 DT High Beam Trigger Harness connects directly to the rear of your factory headlight using a vehicle-specific 16-pin patch harness, paired with a CAN FD module and relay base. The module communicates with the vehicle’s CAN FD network and provides a reliable high beam trigger output, allowing you to safely connect driving lights, spotlights or a light bar without cutting or modifying your factory wiring.

Whether you’re installing auxiliary lighting yourself or through a professional installer, this harness makes the job quick, clean and completely reversible.
