4.5" Lift Kit with Fox 2.5" HTO Shocks suits Chev/GMC 2500/3500 (2011-2019) by BDS Suspension
Improve the stance performance and capability of your 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD with a BDS 4.5-inch lift kit. For maximum ground clearance BDS designed a No Torsion Bar Drop System where the torsion bars are mounted directly to the top of the lower a-arm eliminating the need to drop the torsion bar cross-member.
This kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance strength and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes torsion bar relocation brackets high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers along with a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar links bump stop extensions stainless steel brake lines CV spacers supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it. In the rear BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear is a u-bolt flip kit for max clearance and precision tuned FOX Performance Series 2.5" Smooth Body IFP HTO shocks.
High Clearance Crossmembers
BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.
Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles
BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function.
Wheel Backspacing & Offset Calculator
Convert wheel backspacing in inches to offset in millimetres, or the other way around. Find the right measurements for your wheel setup.

BDS wheel positioning guidance
Meeting a backspacing limit does not guarantee wheel fitment. Check wheel diameter, tyre size, brake clearance, suspension and all kit-specific requirements.
Results are approximate. The calculation allows an additional 1 inch for the wheel's two rim flanges (approximately 0.5 inch each). Actual flange dimensions vary between wheels.
Understanding wheel measurements
What is wheel backspacing?
The distance from the wheel mounting surface to the outermost edge of the inner rim flange, measured in inches.
What is wheel offset?
The distance between the wheel mounting surface and the wheel centreline, measured in millimetres.
Why does wheel width matter?
Two wheels with the same backspacing but different widths will have different offsets.
Why does BDS specify backspacing?
It helps position the wheel relative to steering and suspension parts, but is only one part of confirming fitment.
