Transfer Case Indexing Ring 6-bolt suits Ram 2500/3500 (2019+) by BDS Suspension
Prevent front driveline issues on your lifted Diesel powered 2019-2024 Ram 2500 or 2019-2024 3500 truck with the BDS transfer case indexing ring kit. At 6" of lift and above it is necessary to index the transfer case to allow the front driveline to reconnect and eliminate vibrations. Designed for 6-bolt flange transmissions, the BDS t-case index ring kit has optimal spline engagement and is dual-drilled to allow positioning for compatibility with a range of lift heights. Rounding out the 6-bolt indexing kit is a billet aluminum driveshaft spacer and all the hardware needed to complete the installation.

BDS wheel positioning guidance
Meeting a backspacing limit does not guarantee wheel fitment. Check wheel diameter, tyre size, brake clearance, suspension and all kit-specific requirements.
Results are approximate. The calculation allows an additional 1 inch for the wheel's two rim flanges (approximately 0.5 inch each). Actual flange dimensions vary between wheels.
Understanding wheel measurements
What is wheel backspacing?
The distance from the wheel mounting surface to the outermost edge of the inner rim flange, measured in inches.
What is wheel offset?
The distance between the wheel mounting surface and the wheel centreline, measured in millimetres.
Why does wheel width matter?
Two wheels with the same backspacing but different widths will have different offsets.
Why does BDS specify backspacing?
It helps position the wheel relative to steering and suspension parts, but is only one part of confirming fitment.
